As our Quality Assurance Specialist, you will work closely together with the rest of the Quality Assurance & Knowledge team and report to the Quality Assurance & Knowledge Manager. As a team you will  be a helpful and skilled Quality & Knowledge partner. Building strong relationships is key and you will work closely with the rest of the Content Integrity teams, Trust & Transparency and Partners and help to develop and manage one truth of Content Integrity knowledge and be the gatekeeper of high quality performances.

In your role, you will:

  • Perform Quality assurance on Content Integrity and Partner agents performances to identify & analyse knowledge gaps and trends.
  • Provide quality feedback and reporting to Content Integrity and Partner agents and management.
  • Suggest potential Improvement plans that will help closing the identified quality and knowledge gaps
  • Develop your own high level Content Integrity knowledge to be able to perform Quality assurance on new and more advanced agents performances.
  • Collaborate with the team and manager to optimise and ever improve the Quality Assurance and Knowledge Management processes.
  • Assist or take lead on other quality / knowledge tasks or projects to improve processes

We are looking for people with:

  • Previous experience working in Quality Assurance
  • Experience working with tools and systems for Quality Assurance
  • Excellent spelling, grammar and overall communication skills in English. (Additional languages are a plus)
  • Excellent organisation skills and a love for collaboration and teamwork
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Experience of all or some of the above within compliance/enforcement and customer service is a big plus!
