Trustpilot is embarking on an exciting global growth journey and as part of that, we are seeking a People Business Partner to ensure both a smooth overall employment experience as well as execute and implement agreed regional/global HR initiatives.

You will be a key HR Partner for all stakeholders within our Commercial function, ensuring that our HR policies are up to date, compliant and align with the market trends.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Manage the complete Employment Journey and drive HR processes & procedures for the area of responsibilities (career planning, performance management, organisational review, talent planning, promotion, salary review, exit, etc.)
  • Provide solutions to complex informal and formal Employee Relations situations
  • Create meaningful talent and retention plans with assigned teams/departments to assist in the business delivering on both local and strategic goals
  • Successful execution of all complex Employee Relations through local ER/legal expertise
  • Work and provide solutions on regulatory local initiatives to other People Business Partners
  • Build and maintain local HR policies ensuring that we are compliant and in line with local market trends at all times
  • Drive & deliver projects in line with the People Plan and implement Global HR initiatives within the department
  • Work with key corporate stakeholders (e.g. Compliance, Legal, Finance) to ensure communication and cross-divisional work is efficient
  • Act as a change agent to the business and support learning & development activities
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team on recruiting key roles as well as ensure alignment on resourcing demands

Your profile:

  • Knowledge of principles & practice of HR including employment law & compliance
  • Extensive experience as a Employee Relations Specialist or People Business Partner
  • Knowledge of principles & practice of HR including employment law & compliance
  • Experience providing Business Partnering for Senior stakeholders including Directors up to Executive Leadership level in a global business.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and proactively contributing ideas, views and recommendations for best practices and process improvement.
  • Experience working in a fast paced, high growth organization with a strong ability to deal with ambiguity
