As our new Product Manager you will play a key role in evolving Trustpilot’s review platform and ultimately shape how companies use reviews to learn & improve their business and how consumers can be more confident in their buying journey.

Your main responsibility will be to influence and drive the consumer product vision and strategy, focusing on creating engaging experiences that drive users back and unlock the network effects of our review community. You will be working closely with your own dedicated team in developing a world-class review platform. With a strong focus on user experience, you’ll collaborate with talented designers, engineers, analysts and researchers to ensure rapid discovery and delivery of high-impact products that solve real problems for real users.

In your role you will:

  • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, design, analysts and research
  • Take full ownership of the product, the prioritisation of new features and enhancements to existing ones by interacting directly with users and capturing input from stakeholders to ensure that your team is working on the most impactful projects
  • Gather knowledge about the problems you’re tackling through research and regular interactions with end-users; define and frame these problems together with your team
  • Collaborate with your team and others in thinking big and in imagining future solutions that solve these problems
  • Constantly evaluate if your solutions are solving the problem through quantitative and qualitative measures, both in beta’s and after full launch
  • Own and maintain the quality of the product areas your team is responsible for
  • Motivate your team and the people around you to do the best work possible

We are looking for people with:

  • Experience as a product manager (3+ years), with a proven track record of shipping impactful products
  • Solid experience working with quantitative and qualitative research methods, user interviews, a/b testing, rapid experimentation to identify the right solution to the right user problems. You are eager to learn and aware that valuable information can come from both positive and negative results through experimentation
  • Analytical mindset and can leverage data to inform your product decisions
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Get-things-done mindset, self-motivated and results-driven with a take-charge attitude to manage the full development cycle of a product
  • Friendly, knowledgeable, open-minded team-player, able to motivate and inspire others
