We’re a leading online reviews platform, free and open to all. Our mission is to be a universal symbol of trust. We are well on our way - but there’s still an exciting journey ahead of us. Do you want to join us?

Every single day Trustpilot helps consumers choose a product or a service with confidence while enabling companies to grow their businesses. Behind our global success is a passionate, international team working in a fast-paced, fun, vibrant environment. That’s why we are currently looking for an experienced marketer looking to make an impact in our already thriving B2B marketing team.

You will lead and shape a prospect’s journey across the English Language markets (UK, US, ANZ). From ideation stage through to delivery, you will be responsible for campaign and activity planning, execution, reporting & analysis.

We are looking for someone who is full of ideas, and is up for the challenge of running integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, events, webinars, content, nurture) - you’ll be at the forefront of positioning Trustpilot’s B2B offering across the English Language markets.

In your role, you will:

  • Own and deliver multi-channel demand generation campaigns with a strong focus on brand positioning and ROI - including email, events, digital and content.
  • Work closely with local sales and partner functions to align on goals and maximise the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Write copy for web, paid digital, email and others.
  • Take full responsibility for each of your campaigns; delivering on time and on budget, with clear ROI or other metrics.
  • Analyse these programs and report on campaign performance.
  • Coordinate with other marketing departments, including brand, content, comms and digital, to bring cohesion and consistency to every campaign.

We are looking for people with:

  • Experience of building and executing B2B campaigns in a SAAS business - with demonstrable strong ROI.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - strong copywriting skills a must.
  • Hands-on knowledge of a marketing automation platform (ideally Hubspot) and CRM System (ideally Salesforce).
  • The ability to work on both strategic and tactical levels, within a global marketing organisation.
  • Strong organisational & time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Solid stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence others - regardless of seniority or department.

We are:

We are a really close-knit team, spanning London, New York and Melbourne. We value teamwork very highly, and everyone is really happy to roll their sleeves up and help out whenever it’s needed. We are looking for someone like-minded to join our team.

We work from a central program plan, which everyone is able (and encouraged!) to feed into, but we also have the autonomy to suggest and deliver on our own campaigns that fit into these wider objectives. The breadth of responsibilities in the marketing team means that no one day is the same - perfect for restless marketers who are always looking for a challenge!

We offer:

  • A mission driven culture that’s tackling one of the most critical issues of our times
  • The chance to be a part of an exciting global growth journey
  • The opportunity to help build a brand that defines the times in which we live
  • An international, fast-paced, diverse and fun working environment
  • Competitive salary, bonus and extensive benefits
  • A vibrant culture that you will find replicated across our Global offices
  • Full benefits & 401k
