Behind our global success is a passionate, international team working in a fast-paced, fun, vibrant environment. That’s why we are currently looking for a Customer Marketing Coordinator looking to make an impact in our already thriving Global B2B Customer Marketing team.

The mission of Trustpilot’s Customer Marketing team is to grow customer lifetime value at scale, and leverage our happiest customers as commercial assets. You will be a key player in supporting both initiatives, delivering key components of lifecycle and advocacy marketing campaigns.

We would love to find someone who is keen to develop their skills as a marketer and is a real team player.

In your role, you will:

  • Support the delivery of lifecycle, retention and advocacy marketing campaigns: writing email copy and overseeing copy translation, building campaign workflows, tracking campaign results, and project-managing asset design and production
  • Work closely with our global Customer Success teams (US, UK, CEU, APAC) to ensure they are briefed on campaigns, including how to follow up on them
  • Coordinate with our Field Marketing & Partner Marketing teams to promote cross-audience content (webinars, whitepapers, etc) to our customer audience
  • Work with our CRM and marketing automation systems to set up email marketing campaigns to drive product onboarding and ongoing engagement, upsell/cross-sell, advocacy, renewal, and winback
  • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns against agreed key performance indicators and provide regular reports on results, progress and recommendations for future
  • Be our point person for day-to-day team support, including campaign scheduling, research, copywriting and office communication
  • Support project tracking in our project management tools

We are looking for people with:

  • 1+ year experience in a similar marketing role (e.g. marketing assistant, marketing operations, project manager, program manager, event coordinator, copywriting, PR & comms)
  • Superb project management and time management skills, able to prioritise multiple projects and competing deadlines
  • Strong copywriting skills, as well as a passion for writing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and highly-collaborative team environment
  • Well-rounded and effective communication skills

Our team uses the following systems:

  • Marketing automation: HubSpot; Customer.io
  • Customer success management: Totango
  • Data visualization: Amplitude; Looker
  • CRM: Salesforce
  • Project management: Trello; Monday

We are:

We are a global yet close-knit team, spanning New York and Copenhagen and expanding to other Trustpilot offices. We value teamwork and collaboration, and we’re all happy to roll our sleeves up and help out whenever it’s needed. We are looking for someone like-minded to join our team.

The breadth of responsibilities in the marketing team means that no one day is the same - perfect for restless marketers who are always looking for a challenge!

We offer:

  • A mission driven culture that’s tackling one of the most critical issues of our times
  • The chance to be a part of an exciting global growth journey
  • The opportunity to help build a brand that defines the times in which we live
  • An international, fast-paced, diverse and fun working environment
  • Competitive salary, bonus and extensive benefits
  • A vibrant culture that you will find replicated across our Global offices
