About the Team

Our People Partner team works with leaders across our business to align people and strategy. They contribute to the development of our strategic plans and goals and work across the organization to consult and coach our amazing team of Typeformers. They are advocates of our culture and values.

About the Role

We’re hiring an HR Director to support our Brand, Sales, and G&A functions. You will partner with the CFO, SVP of Sales and Chief Brand Officer during an exciting growth phase. You will provide consultation and expertise in the areas of Organizational Design and Effectiveness, Workforce Planning, Team Effectiveness, and Performance Management. You will report to the VP of People Experience and will have one direct report.

As a strategic business partner:

  • You will work with senior leadership to implement business strategies that promote organizational growth
  • You will ensure implementation of our Total Rewards Strategy, Workforce Plans, D&I projects and similar programs across the organization
  • You will help facilitate, coach, guide leaders in the areas of team development and organizational effectiveness
  • You will use data analytics to guide making decisions, develop and interpret metrics to track progress and help achieve long-term goals and strategies
  • You will identify learning opportunities and requirements for your teams, research and recommend solutions that support employee development & succession plans
  • You will take the lead on important strategic people projects and work with different teams to develop these projects following department goals
  • You will provide coaching, mentoring and assistance to other people team members to help them develop their people partnering capabilities

About You

Here’s what we’re after:

  • 8+ years of HR Business Partnering experience in a fast-growing technology company
  • Functional expertise across the majority (if not all) areas of HR, including Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, Diversity and Inclusion, Culture and Engagement, Talent Development, Total Rewards, Employee Experience, and Employee Relations
  • Innovative thinker (because we like to set best practice trends)
  • You love building programs and managing projects
  • You’ll be happy working with other teams to accomplish desired outcomes
