About the Role

We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join our engineering team in Mangaluru and help build the backend services powering our tokenization platform. This role sits at the intersection of traditional finance and decentralized infrastructure — you'll own core APIs, contribute across the stack, and work closely with a team of engineers and product leaders driving real change in capital markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable backend APIs and services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration and take full-stack ownership where needed.
• Optimize existing services for performance and reliability to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Engage in agile development practices including sprint planning and backlog grooming.

Role Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Node.js and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in React for full-stack responsibilities.
• Proven experience building and maintaining backend APIs and services with a strong understanding of RESTful principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to both backend and full-stack tasks.

Nice to Haves

• Experience working in the US fintech ecosystem and familiarity with its standards and practices.
• Experience with cloud services and deployment strategies for scalable infrastructure.
• Knowledge of database management and optimization techniques.
