Role summary

Working closely with the Engineering team you will have responsibility for the engineering and technical recruitment in the Netherlands and remotely. Typically you’ll have full visibility of all the Frontend, Backend, QA and Devops hiring for the next 6-12 months. Assisting the hiring managers in creating their hiring plans, managing expectations, timelines and hiring processes will be part and parcel of the role. We will be growing quickly over the next 12-24 months in a controlled and measured environment. The ability to grow with us, develop your career and specialise in certain areas within Talent Acquisition/HR and the overall People Function will be open to you.

Preferred experience

  • Having worked with a Startup / Scale up previously (any industry - software / travel / fintech may be useful)
  • Strong technical recruitment background is required. Our Engineering team will be asked to form part of the interview process for this role.
  • Strong recruitment experience in Netherlands / Amsterdam is essential

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in recruiting in Europe / CIS / Eastern Europe / Turkey would be highly advantageous..
  • Previous experience in creating / maintaining / administering DEI policies.
  • Mentored and coached hiring managers in interview & hiring techniques and approaches.

We will be really excited if you also have:

  • Previously proactively built pipelines for future potential hires.
  • Attended / organised hackathons - we may ask you to be flexible with your hours from time to time.
  • Agency experience - open to candidates straight from an Agency background too.
  • Breezy....honestly any ATS experience would be helpful, but they are all pretty much similar so we’re not hung up about this!
