Role summary

  • Be the voice of the customer and use a range of market and local insights to help validate our product, propositions, and to uncover growth opportunities
  • Be the facilitator and advisor of product news, updates, and enhancements for the go to market (GTM) sales teams and advocate continuous learning through product knowledge initiatives
  • Develop scaled outreach and create content to educate customers on existing and new product updates.
  • Unlock new user growth through product offerings design, working closely with the product team and sitting in on the bi weekly scrum meetings with engineering functions.
  • Design reward systems to increase engagement, retention users and attract new customers

Preferred experience

  • Strategic thinking, being able to balance mid-term objectives with short-term tactics and goals
  • Proven experience in managing and executing multiple projects whilst keeping key stakeholders consulted and informed.
  • A natural knack for investigating and solving customer problems
  • Great communication skills, able to disseminate information across several channels and user groups.
  • Experience in B2B product marketing (previous experience in payments, travel, financial services or SaaS is an advantage)

Nice to have

Global experience specifically the US and ideally LATAM.

We will be really excited if you also have:

  • Spanish & Portuguese language skills
  • Have helped scale a startup
  • Previous experience of Hubspot.
