  • Reliable as a rock
  • Calm in high paced, high stress situations

Role description

  • The scope of the role can be flexible around your strengths and super powers, but it will cover the following as a minimum.
  • Logistics planning for Kristo, including travel and external meetings;
  • Calendar planning, including planning regular internal meetings, negotiating calendars for external meetings and allocating personal time;
  • Meeting planning, coordinating preparation, agendas, taking notes and following up on actions;
  • Pre-read and review administrative documentation, including signature and approval requests;
  • Tracking an action list for Kristo through interactions over multiple communication tools, like email and slack.
  • The role is 95% work related support and there may be 5% of time on personal logistics.

Prior experience

Shoreditch, London. This is a 40h a week role, however it may be that some days you’ll need to work more and less during others. It requires a lot of interaction with Kristo’s team and other people at Wise. Working from home maybe possible on occasion, but not regularly.

How to apply?

1. Cover letter

Showcase the work that you’ve done in the past and describe the impact that you had in these roles.

2. References

Be ready to share references to people, who have experienced that impact of your past efforts.

3. Case study

When successful with above, we will ask you to complete a case study before proceeding to interviews.

We’re people without borders — without judgement or prejudice, too. We want to work with the best people, no matter their background. So if you’re passionate about learning new things and keen to join our mission, you’ll fit right in.

Also, where and what you studied isn’t important to us. If you’ve got great experience, the right skills for the role and you’re great at articulating your thinking, we’d like to hear from you.
