Hugo creates unique, memorable experiences for the Index community of founders, CEOs, senior executives, and investors. He identifies and builds relationships with new and on-trend venues, chefs, musicians, artists and galleries.
Before joining Index, Hugo spent 15 years in management roles within international hospitality operations. Hugo has been part of leading events and food and beverage operations in New York, Dubai, Edinburgh and most recently in the Algarve, southern Portugal. He has worked with Michelin star restaurants across the globe and has the goal of visiting one of the top 50 best restaurants in the world each year.
Hugo received his MA in Hospitality Management from ISLA University in Lisbon.
