Biography
Joe partners with founders and leaders on executive hiring, with a particular focus on Go-To-Market talent. He also spends much of his time building and deepening Index’s network of exceptional executives across Europe.
Prior to Index, Joe was Head of Talent in Europe at Lightspeed Venture Partners. Before that, he spent 12 years at Erevena, an executive search firm focused on venture-backed technology companies, where he led the firm’s Go-To-Market practice across EMEA.
Joe believes the best leadership hires can have an outsized impact on a company’s trajectory, and that finding them starts with building trusted relationships long before there’s a role to fill.
