As VP of Community and Events at Index Ventures, Khalehla leads the firm’s global efforts to shape how founders, operators, and investors experience Index. She and her team create thoughtfully designed, in-person gatherings that bring the Index brand to life and deepen connections across its worldwide network. With a sharp eye for design, food, and craft, Khalehla curates partnerships with exceptional chefs, makers, and creative collaborators - ensuring every Index experience reflects the firm’s taste, values, and spirit of hospitality.
Before joining Index, Khalehla led f.ounders at Web Summit, convening a global network of entrepreneurs. She later spent six years at BCG Digital Ventures in London and New York, running global strategic partnerships and collaborating with the World Economic Forum, The New York Times, The Financial Times, and The Milken Institute.
Khalehla graduated with honours from Trinity College Dublin, earning a dual degree in History of Art and Architecture, and Sociology, where her research explored how people and communities interact with their designed environments.
