Khalehla builds and manages relationships across Index’s growing European network. She focuses on nurturing the horizontal and vertical connections within Index’s seed and early stage community.
Prior to joining Index, Khalehla led f.ounders at Web Summit, building and convening a network of entrepreneurs from across the globe. Following that, she worked for BCG Digital Ventures in London and New York for six years, running strategic partnerships globally, including work with the World Economic Forum, the New York Times, the Financial Times, and The Milken Institute.
She graduated with honours from Trinity College, Dublin with a dual degree in History of Art and Architecture, and Sociology. Her studies focused on how people and communities interact with their designed environment.
