Biography

Sandra is expanding Index Ventures’ European Talent network, uncovering the best and most diverse growth/venture C-Suite, Board and Advisor talent in the region. She works with founders and executive teams on people related issues, including talent strategy, culture and DE&I, and advises on their most senior recruitments.

Prior to joining Index, Sandra was at Russell Reynolds where she led searches for digital and technology leaders and non-executive directors, advised on succession with a focus on diversity and worked with global companies on leadership assessments.

Previously, Sandra led the Global HR, Security & Facilities functions at Open Society Foundations, George Soros’s $20bn private philanthropy. Earlier, she worked at INSEAD across France and Singapore as the Director of MBA/EMBA and Alumni Career Services. She started her career at Societe Generale's Inspection.

Sandra received her BA French from the University of London, her MA in International Business from Sciences Po Paris, and an Executive Master in Change from INSEAD.
