Recruiting Coordinator OverviewThe Recruiting Coordinator at Cowboy Space Corporation will play a critical role in supporting recruiting execution and candidate experience across the company. This role is responsible for coordinating interviews, maintaining recruiting process rigor, supporting recruiting operations, and helping ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process across technical, manufacturing, operational, and business teams.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers, this individual will help operationalize recruiting workflows and support the company’s ability to scale hiring during a period of rapid growth.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, operationally minded, detail-oriented, and excited to support high-performing recruiting operations in a fast-moving deep-tech environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting Coordination & Candidate Experience
Coordinate interviews across technical, manufacturing, operational, and business teams
Manage complex scheduling logistics for candidates, interviewers, and hiring teams
Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
Help ensure a high-quality, responsive, and professional candidate experience
Coordinate onsite interview logistics and support candidate visit execution
Recruiting Operations & Process Support
Maintain ATS hygiene and ensure accurate candidate tracking and documentation

Support recruiting operations including:
Interview coordination
Candidate communications
Offer process logistics
Recruiting workflow management
Process documentation
Interview feedback collection and organization
Help improve recruiting process consistency, operational rigor, and hiring efficiency
Track recruiting funnel activity and support recruiting reporting where needed
Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to support efficient hiring execution
Operational Support
Assist with onboarding coordination and new hire logistics where needed
Support recruiting-related operational initiatives and process improvement efforts
Help maintain organization and operational discipline across recruiting systems and workflows
Contribute to scaling recruiting operations as the company grows
2+ years of recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, People coordination, or related experience
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and scheduling demands simultaneously
High attention to detail and operational rigor
Strong interpersonal skills and candidate-facing professionalism
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience with ATS platforms, recruiting systems, and scheduling coordination strongly preferred
Startup, aerospace, manufacturing, hardware, or deep-tech experience is a plus
Competitive compensation package including salary, equity, and benefits based on experience and level. Posted salary range: $109,911 to $161,211.
