Description
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. If you excel at managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll do:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for the CEO.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of executive meetings and events.
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering calls, managing emails, and maintaining files.
- Support special projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
