About the role

The Finance department is an integral part of any business. At Revolut, we take that one step further. Our global financial fintech would be lost without them. They’re more than just an important part of the business — they’re our backbone ⭐

We're looking for the right individual to act in a Treasury Investment Management capacity in the Structured Credit space. The Structured Credit function is responsible for investing in and structuring asset backed securities that are designed to meet investor appetite. There are a lot of plates to spin, so we need someone who can be light on their feet and tight on their results.

What you’ll be doing

  • Modelling cash flows of a pool of debt assets, such as mortgages and consumer loans, into various tranched securities using Excel or similar tools
  • Drafting offering circulars and other legal documents related to asset-backed securities
  • Coordinating with law firms, sell-side banks, rating agencies, and fiduciary service companies
  • Helping publish securitization-related monthly reports for external investors
  • Being able to evaluate front-and-back books for portfolios and forward flows
  • Managing multiple legal entity requirements for securitisation
  • Providing monthly updates to ALCO and other governance committees on securitisation-related matters
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of regulations such as securitisation regulations

What you'll need

  • Front Office experience at a major financial institution in securitisation related role
  • Impeccable quantitative capabilities
  • A hands-on and proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to understand complex financial models and break them down into smaller pieces
  • A Masters or CFA degree in a quantitative subject
  • Coding abilities are desirable
