We're seeking an exceptional Marketing Operations Specialist to join our high-growth B2B SaaS company in Paris. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in HubSpot with strong analytical capabilities to drive measurable improvements in our marketing and sales operations. This role requires a data-driven mindset, structured approach to problem-solving, and proven ability to deliver quantifiable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Top of Funnel Process:
- Own lead routing and drive alignment on MQL definitions
- Develop and optimize lead scoring models based on behavioral and firmographic data
- Create and maintain marketing & sales playbooks with clear KPIs
- Implement advanced HubSpot workflows for automated lead management
- Data Enrichment & Quality:
- Improve data quality and consistency across marketing and sales systems
- Implement data validation and enrichment processes
- Establish data quality monitoring and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement in data accuracy and completeness
- Segmentation:
- Work with marketing, sales, and customer teams to implement effective customer segmentation
- Develop and maintain propensity-to-buy models
- Create automated workflows for segment-based targeting
- Optimize GTM strategies based on segmentation insights
- Customer Journey Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth analyses of the customer journey
- Identify optimization opportunities across touchpoints
- Measure and improve customer experience metrics
- Provide data-driven recommendations for journey improvements
- Metrics and Dashboards Management:
- Revamp current dashboards and eliminate redundant reporting
- Establish a comprehensive marketing steering cockpit
- Create real-time insights for key stakeholders
- Develop automated performance monitoring systems
- Team Empowerment:
- Provide strategic support to marketing teams
- Challenge current processes to elevate performance
- Drive accountability through clear metrics
- Enable data-driven decision making across teams
- Campaign Oversight:
- Manage deployment of integrated marketing campaigns
- Ensure alignment with strategic business goals
- Implement robust testing frameworks
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance
- Data-Driven Insights:
- Analyze marketing data to inform campaign strategy
- Drive strategic pivots based on performance data
- Create structured reporting for stakeholders
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Technology Optimization:
- Oversee marketing technology stack

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on marketing operations experience in B2B SaaS
- Advanced HubSpot expertise with demonstrated success in:
