  • Support organizational design and workforce planning in a fast-evolving GTM context

Stakeholder Management

  • Align cross-functional stakeholders on people-related topics and initiatives

  • Strong knowledge of GTM populations (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and their specific challenges

  • Data-driven mindset: ability to build models, interpret people analytics, and translate insights into tangible actions

  • AI-curious and hands-on: experience (or strong appetite) for building AI agents and automating HR workflows using modern tools

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills: comfortable navigating complex organizations and influencing without authority

  • Experience with Works Council / CSE processes is a plus

  • Fluent in English and French; Spanish is a strong advantage given the scope
