Your role as a Product Designer centers around proactively suggesting improvements to our existing interfaces, finding creative ways to refine our User Experience, and solving problems with agility, ensuring a usable, accessible and premium set of apps. 🦾 Key responsibilities :
- At Swile, we create seamless online and offline user experiences infused with our unique magic
- Dive deep into our business objectives while preserving the creative spark essential for success
- Collaborate closely with the PM to identify the best methods and workshops for our discovery and delivery phases
- Immerse yourself in user research, leading engaging workshops with all stakeholders
- Develop practical solutions that align with our design vision, existing frameworks, and operational realities
- Deliver a comprehensive set of design assets: blueprints, user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and more
- Test and refine designs to ensure they exceed user expectations before development kicks off
- Support our development team in bringing your designs to life, ensuring a smooth transition to production
- Partner with our Marketing and Brand teams to flawlessly launch new products and features
- Continuously assess performance post-launch using relevant KPIs
- 2 - Level-up Ui design
- Stay ahead of the curve on product design / Ui / web & mobile trends thanks to continuous benchmarking
- Share your inspiration with the product design team on a regular basis
- Help other product designers to level up their Ui with inspirations and actionnable feedback on their design
- Partner with our friends from the Brand design team to deeply understand the Swile Brand and translate it into great product experiences and outstanding Ui details
- Design product animations, illustrations, micro-interactions, and inApp communication/instructional material
- Contribute to our design system’s continuous improvement
- 3 - Contributing to Design community
- Be a proactive champion for improvement, continuously seeking ways to elevate our methods and product quality
- Share your expertise and insights generously with the team, nurturing a culture of collaboration and learning

- Designed and shipped great User Interfaces that delight users and bring joy in household name brands
- Successful experiences in startups, consulting companies, or agencies that taught you proactivity and autonomy, creativity in the frame of the respect of technical feasibility on Web, iOS and Android
- Solid expertise in typography, icon design, animations, illustrations, micro-interactions and communication material
- Strong proficiency in Figma and product design tools and have a keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence
- A Fluent level of English (C1 minimum) and French (B2 minimum)
