About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Recruiter who’s excited to help us grow by finding and hiring exceptional talent fast. You’ll work closely with founders, launchers, and hiring managers across the business to understand hiring needs, build strong pipelines, and own end-to-end hiring processes for high-impact roles from sales and support to market ops and implementation.
This is not your typical in-house recruiter role. It’s a hybrid of recruiting and getting things done. You’ll thrive here if you're equally excited about hiring and rolling up your sleeves to solve operational challenges that come with scale.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across operations, sales, and support functions from sourcing to closing.
- Build creative sourcing strategies and maintain a strong, active pipeline of candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles, design processes, and deliver outstanding candidate experiences.
- Help us build hiring infrastructure from the ground up including setting up tools, scorecards, interview loops, and beyond.
- Drive fast, high-quality hiring without compromising on culture or bar.
- Be a trusted advisor to internal teams from shaping team structure to advising on comp and market insights.
- Assist with onboarding and early-stage team setup as we launch new markets.
- Jump in where needed to support the people and operations teams with process design and execution.
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of in-house or agency recruiting experience, ideally in startups, operations, or commercial hiring.
- You’ve built teams in high-growth environments and know what "great" looks like
- A true builder’s mindset: you don’t wait to be told what to do, you see the problem and solve it.
- Strong communicator and interviewer you can assess talent, sell the mission, and close candidates with clarity and care.
- Highly organized, autonomous, and comfortable owning multiple roles at once
- Passionate about hospitality and enabling people who make it happen.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools (ATS, sourcing platforms) and reporting, experience with Ashby is a plus.
