Tebi’s mission is to help restaurants evolve their business. The restaurant industry is suffering from oversubscription. A small business owner often requires 10+ subscriptions to run their business. Tebi is evolving the space and bringing all the required tools to run your business into one elegant solution, Tebi OS. By simplifying this, new levels of productivity and earning potential is unlocked and restaurants can focus on what they do best, serve their customers.
About the role:
We're looking for a product manager to help more customers use and love Tebi. You'll lead how new customers get started, learn to use our product and find ways to help them get more value from it. You'll partner with our sales and success teams to make it easier for customers to get value from our product, while helping drive key areas of Tebi's overall growth flywheel.
Responsibilities:
- Make it easy for new customers to start using Tebi and learn how to get the most out of our product
- Work with our teams to develop growth bets that help more restaurants discover and try Tebi
- Explore ways to encourage restaurants and their partners and suppliers to use Tebi
- Track how well new restaurants are learning to use Tebi and make improvements based on data
What you'll need:
- You have a strong track record of delivering impactful product launches and improvements at a fast growing company.
- You ideally have 4-8 years of relevant work experience: growth product management with experience in a data-centric role (strategy and operations, analytics, etc)
- You are data-driven, using both qualitative and quantitive data to inform product prioritization and decision making. You care about the balance between craft, speed, and outcomes.
- You are highly collaborative, able to partner effectively across the organization and build trust with both technical and operational teams

What is Restaurant Software?
