Emil works with growth-stage businesses across industries and geographies, supporting founders in scaling category-defining companies.
Prior to joining Index, he was at KKR Tech Growth in London and began his career at Picus Capital. Emil holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and a BSc from the University of Amsterdam.
A former professional field hockey player, Emil is a lifelong sports enthusiast who brings the same energy and competitive spirit to investing and helping founders win.
