Why are you excited about vertical SaaS and technologies for small businesses?

Nina — Like many immigrants, my parents came to the U.S. with nothing but their education and the spirit of entrepreneurship.  I watched both my parents start businesses that still to this day run on pen, paper and sometimes Excel.  While technology has advanced for large corporations, there are over 30 million small businesses in the U.S. that have been left in the stone age in terms of technology.  Increasingly, these businesses - whether doctors, car mechanics, plumbers, restaurant owners or construction workers - are searching for software built for people like them, by people like them. I believe there is tremendous opportunity to build end-to-end, industry-specific solutions which empower mom and pop shops, the backbone of America.

Nina works with transformational companies like ServiceTitan, Shopmonkey, Gong, and DeepScribe.
