Product Marketing Lead

Eisen is hiring its first marketing leader to own the growth motion.

We're not starting from scratch. The foundation is in place - positioning that resonates, events that fill rooms, clean data, and a CEO who is invested in a great marketing motion. Now we need someone to take it over, make it their own, and be part of scaling the business.

We sell into compliance and risk teams at banks, credit unions, and crypto firms. These buyers are technical, skeptical, and have heard every vendor pitch. You won't win with generic playbooks — you'll win by understanding the product, the regulatory landscape, and what actually keeps these buyers up at night. Then turning that into messaging that cuts through. Product Marketing backgrounds, or Growth roles within regulatory and compliance-heavy companies will do well.

About Eisen

Eisen is the account compliance infrastructure for financial services. We are transforming how banks, brokers, and fintechs handle regulated compliance. We manage the entire lifecycle - starting with escheatment - delivering flawless, regulator-ready documentation end-to-end. We are already the trusted infrastructure for companies like Ramp, Adyen, and BinanceUS. If you want to take an archaic, multi-trillion-dollar industry and modernize it with elegant, scalable technology, you belong here.

  • Channel optimization: Measure what's working, double down on it, and cut what isn't

  • Go-to-market: Run the full marketing motion, demand gen, campaigns, events as a pipeline engine

  • Sales partnership: Work closely with sales on account plays, enablement, and pipeline progression
