Job description
We are looking for a high-caliber M&A profile to help build and execute our acquisition strategy from the ground up.
This is not a support role. We are looking for someone who can think independently, source proprietary opportunities, structure creative deals, and drive transactions end to end.
You should be comfortable operating in a demanding, entrepreneurial environment with high standards, high autonomy, and direct exposure to top-level strategic decisions.
What you will do
Build and run our buy-and-build engine
Map markets, identify targets, and develop acquisition theses
Source proprietary opportunities through direct outreach and relationship building
Lead discussions with founders, shareholders, advisors, and counterparties
Structure creative transactions and propose the right deal architecture
Drive execution across the full M&A process: valuation, negotiation, due diligence, signing, and closing
Work closely with leadership on strategic priorities and capital allocation
Help shape post-acquisition logic and long-term consolidation strategy
Preferred experience
Around 4 to 7 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, private equity, or corporate development
Strong deal judgment and the ability to form a clear view quickly
Creative thinker on deal structuring, not just execution
Proven ability to combine analytical rigor with commercial instinct
Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership, and appetite for building
Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal impact
