The Role:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the person our Lithuanian merchants turn to when they need help whether that's troubleshooting an integration, understanding a product, or just figuring out what solution fits them best. It's a role where technical curiosity and people skills matter equally.

You'd be joining a CS team of ~10 people spread across four countries, so there's a real foundation to build on. Good processes, shared knowledge, people who have your back. And since we're still a 60+ person company, there's genuine room to shape how things work, not just follow a playbook. (#start-up πŸš€)

Your daily missions:

  • Support merchants in Lithuanian and English via phone, email, and web tools

  • Consult merchants on best implementation practices and help them get the most out of Montonio

  • Answer product questions from potential clients and help them find the right fit from our suite of products

  • Advocate for merchants internally - make sure their feedback reaches the product and development teams

  • Contribute to the customer experience beyond your inbox - flag issues, suggest improvements, and think alongside the team about how our Help Center, automations, and processes can get better

  • Stay sharp on the technical side of our products - the support team needs to be one of the most knowledgeable in the company 🧠

  • Excellent written and verbal Lithuanian and English
