About the Role Persona is looking for a sales professional that will drive revenue and business growth for our Startup segment. This team is instrumental in acquiring new logos that will grow with Persona and become the next OpenAI or Instacart. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in understanding a complex, technical platform and is passionate about delighting customers and tailoring sales solutions to fit the bespoke needs of Startup customers. What you'll achieve
- You’ll drive new customer acquisition through an efficient and consultative approach

What you'll bring to Persona
- 1+ years of previous SaaS full cycle closing experience
- Experience hunting net-new business and exceeding sales quota
- Experience selling to all levels of an org, from c-suite to the front line
- Ability to convey a clear position on the opportunities in your pipeline and organize/rally a supporting team behind your efforts
- Passion for being with customers and telling their stories
- Ability to receive and act on feedback - as well as give constructive feedback
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Strong SFDC, Notion, Slack, GDocs skills
