About the role As a Senior Brand Designer at Persona, you’ll be joining our growing Brand Studio, servicing the companies creative needs and pushing forward the next iteration of our brand as we grow. Across our events, motion design, campaigns, collateral, swag, presentations and digital experiences, you’ll engage in projects at every stage, from initial concepts through production—both in a hands-on manner (we all get into the design work here) and by helping to guide the design team through exploration and refinement. This role requires a high level of collaboration and the ability to manage multiple projects of different scopes across the team and company. With a rebrand having just kicked off, this is a great opportunity to help us push the visual design system and create real impact on the future of the brand.
What you'll do at Persona
- Work cross-functionally to design and deliver projects across multiple surfaces (from digital to physical), from the day-to-day marketing and sakes needs to our broader vision-driven initiatives
- Play an active role across the entire lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects; from kickoff through concept development, iteration, share-outs and production
- Seek out ways to build brand equity and champion creative projects beyond KTLO
- Work to elevate the design standard within the brand team and assist in helping raise the bar for how brand is applied within product design
- Help build a team culture of craft, feedback and collaboration
- Give and solicit feedback from designers and cross-disciplinary partners
- Develop a deep understanding of Persona’s brand and play an integral role in how it evolve
What you'll bring to Persona
- A strong, brand-systems focused portfolio that demonstrates passion for craft and design systems, rooted in an understanding of audience and their motivations
- 5+ years experience in an agency or in-house environment
- Enthusiasm for creating and shepherding concept-driven work, grounded in cohesive visual design systems with an attention to detail.
- Curious about pushing things beyond the status quo, always looking for ways to elevate design regardless of scale or past precedent
- Ability to self-start projects, while accounting for proper sharing and visibility with the team.
- Collaborative in nature, both within the department and beyond
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and timelines concurrently
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to present and speak to every aspect of a project, sometimes to the executive team
- Fluent in industry standard tools and creating production-ready files (we work with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Notion and various prototyping tools such as Protopie)
