Our purpose

Every year, billions of clothing items are produced but never sold. Much of this unworn fashion ends up in landfills – a massive waste of creativity, craftsmanship, resources, and investment. How we work

We’re a purpose-driven scale-up, based in Amsterdam and active across Europe, with a diverse and international team. Our mission is simple: sell unsold inventory. Otrium values a healthy work-life balance. We have adopted a flexible hybrid way of working, encouraging our team members to come to our open, spacious, plant-filled Amsterdam HQ at the waterside of Houthavens at least twice a week. Full-time office presence is welcomed, and you’re empowered to organise your schedule in a way that works for you and the team.


Your impact

This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to build a strong foundation in performance marketing, paid media, ad operations, and campaign analysis. It’s an ideal role for someone starting their career in (fashion) marketing and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

  • Enrolled at a university in the Netherlands for the full duration of the internship
    (fields: (Digital) Marketing, Communications, Media, Fashion, or similar)

  • Available from May/June for at least 5 months (32–40 hours per week)

  • Able to commute to the Houthavens office at least 2 days per week

  • Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)

  • Proactive, hand-on mindset with a strong willingness to learn about digital marketing.

  • Attention to detail in campaign setup and analysis.

  • Analytical mindset: with an interest in working with data (and AI tools).

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and not afraid to share their own ideas!

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment.

  • Support members of the User Acquisition team with planning, execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across channels such as Meta, TikTok, Reddit and Pinterest.

  • Assist in campaign setup and support the team with data analysis of different channels, campaigns, ads and (A/B) tests to generate actionable insights.

  • Support creative testing processes, including briefing, tracking results, and documenting learnings.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams at Otrium to ensure a consistent campaign experience across channels.

  • Other ad-hoc tasks; never a dull moment in the User Acquisition team.
