How we work
We’re a purpose-driven scale-up, based in Amsterdam and active across Europe, with a diverse and international team. Our mission is simple: sell unsold inventory. Otrium values a healthy work-life balance. We have adopted a flexible hybrid way of working, encouraging our team members to come to our open, spacious, plant-filled Amsterdam HQ at the waterside of Houthavens at least twice a week. Full-time office presence is welcomed, and you’re empowered to organise your schedule in a way that works for you and the team.
Your impact
This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to build a strong foundation in performance marketing, paid media, ad operations, and campaign analysis. It’s an ideal role for someone starting their career in (fashion) marketing and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Enrolled at a university in the Netherlands for the full duration of the internship
(fields: (Digital) Marketing, Communications, Media, Fashion, or similar)Available from May/June for at least 5 months (32–40 hours per week)
Able to commute to the Houthavens office at least 2 days per week
Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
Proactive, hand-on mindset with a strong willingness to learn about digital marketing.
Attention to detail in campaign setup and analysis.
Analytical mindset: with an interest in working with data (and AI tools).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and not afraid to share their own ideas!
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment.
Support members of the User Acquisition team with planning, execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across channels such as Meta, TikTok, Reddit and Pinterest.
Assist in campaign setup and support the team with data analysis of different channels, campaigns, ads and (A/B) tests to generate actionable insights.
Support creative testing processes, including briefing, tracking results, and documenting learnings.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams at Otrium to ensure a consistent campaign experience across channels.
Other ad-hoc tasks; never a dull moment in the User Acquisition team.
