Our purpose

Every year, billions of clothing items are produced but never sold. Much of this unworn fashion ends up in landfills – a massive waste of creativity, craftsmanship, resources, and investment. We're here to change that. As a purpose-led company, we use technology to help fashion brands give every item a chance to be worn. And we’re proud to be a certified B Corp – recognised for meeting high standards of social and environmental impact, transparency, and accountability.

How we work

We’re a purpose-driven scale-up, based in Amsterdam and active across Europe, with a diverse and international team. Our mission is simple: sell unsold inventory. Otrium values a healthy work-life balance. We have adopted a flexible hybrid way of working, encouraging our team members to come to our open, spacious, plant-filled Amsterdam HQ at the waterside of Houthavens at least twice a week. Full-time office presence is welcomed, and you’re empowered to organise your schedule in a way that works for you and the team.

Your impact

As a Graphic Design Intern, you will join the Brand & Creative team at Otrium to assist in design development and production of widespread requests for digital and secondary support on print. You will help to ensure brand consistency across every channel. You will work in close collaboration under the guidance of our Designers to help strengthen our visual identity and develop distinct brand assets. During your internship, you will learn about a wide range of branding. You will be part of an exciting brand journey, which is rapidly going global. We will make sure that learning and improving is at the heart of your everyday work. You will be actively guided by a mentor with extensive experience.
