Every year, billions of clothing items are produced but never sold. Much of this unworn fashion ends up in landfills – a massive waste of creativity, craftsmanship, resources, and investment. We're here to change that. As a purpose-led company, we use technology to help fashion brands give every item a chance to be worn. And we’re proud to be a certified B Corp – recognised for meeting high standards of social and environmental impact, transparency, and accountability.
How we work
We’re a purpose-driven scale-up, based in Amsterdam and active across Europe, with a diverse and international team. Our mission is simple: sell unsold inventory. Otrium values a healthy work-life balance. We have adopted a flexible hybrid way of working, encouraging our team members to come to our open, spacious, plant-filled Amsterdam HQ at the waterside of Houthavens at least twice a week. Full-time office presence is welcomed, and you’re empowered to organise your schedule in a way that works for you and the team.
Your impact
As our People & Culture Intern, you'll be at the heart of what makes Otrium a great place to work. From the moment a new colleague walks through the door, you'll have helped shape their experience!
You'll play a hands-on role in bringing our team culture to life, supporting events and engagement initiatives that keep our diverse, international team connected and energised.
Through your work in recruitment, you'll help us find the next wave of passionate people who want to make fashion more sustainable — directly contributing to the growth of our mission-driven team.
You'll gain real exposure to how a purpose-led, B Corp-certified scale-up runs its people operations, working with live data, real processes, and a team that genuinely cares about doing things right.
