Molly focuses on venture and growth investments across enterprise SaaS, consumer subscription, and health-tech. She is particularly interested in the psychology of product consumption, and believes that companies who possess a nuanced understanding of their users' frame of mind will be best positioned to win in the increasingly competitive market for software.
Prior to joining Index, Molly spent four years at Insight Partners in NYC, where she helped lead eight investments in growth stage software businesses throughout the US, Europe, and Israel.
Molly graduated from Harvard University with a B.A. in History of Science and received the Thomas Hoopes Prize for outstanding senior thesis. In her free time, Molly enjoys tennis, running, and working on her Caesar Salad food blog.
